Bahtera Sekuriti Sdn. Bhd. respects user privacy. During Phase 1A, enquiries are handled through the official email channel. A future office phone and Phase 1B RFP form may be added after confirmation, with PDPA consent before form submission.

Information Collected

For email enquiries, we may receive your name, company or organisation, email address, site location, requested service type, and message. When a Phase 1B RFP form or office phone channel is enabled, similar fields may be requested through that confirmed workflow.

Purpose Of Use

We use this information to contact you, understand your security requirements, prepare an initial proposal, and keep enquiry records.

Consent And Future RFP

The RFP form is not active in Phase 1A. When introduced in Phase 1B, the form should include a PDPA consent checkbox before any enquiry is submitted.

Information is not sold to third parties. It may be shared only where needed to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quotation, support operations, meet legal requirements, or operate configured email or form services.

Security

Reasonable operational steps are taken to protect received information. The website may open your email application now and may use a form provider only when a future RFP workflow is configured.
